Exquisite Corpse Sonnets
At the writing workshop held by Windfall on October 11, the staff and writers present wrote these exquisite corpse sonnets. An exquisite corpse is a poem created in this fashion: the first person writes the first line and passes the poem to the second person. The second person writes the second line then folds the first line back so that the third writer can only see the line written by the second writer. The process continues so that every line is written only in the context of the line directly before it (if in any context at all). The results, as can be seen, are quite entertaining.
