The 16th volume of Windfall was published in the Spring of 1993. The original publication was designed using PageMaker 4.0. The font used was Arial MT type 10.5 for the body, type 14 bold for headings, and type 10.5 Helvetica for authors. The magazine was funded by the Division of Language and Literature.
