Truman State University's Student Run Literary Magazine
Windfall is Truman State University’s undergraduate journal of art, prose, poetry, drama, and photography. All of our work is student-composed, and the journal is entirely student-produced.
Since its creation in 1976, Windfall meets weekly to discuss and review student submissions in addition to planning various promotional events. Students are welcome to join the general staff at any time. Message us on Instagram or send us an email at windfall@truman.edu for more information. For the invitation to the staff Discord, emails should also be sent to windfall@truman.edu.
New issues of Windfall come out each semester and are free of charge.
Windfall XLVIIII
Print versions of the 2026 issue are available around campus in Ophelia Parrish, Baldwin Hall, and McClain Hall. Additionally, we are closed for submissions. For more information, please email windfall@truman.edu. Thank you!
